Male of 31 yrs Complaints of bleeding through anus . He thought he had piles hence visited lodha hospital . Dr naresh lodha did primary check up very meticulously. Patient found to have no piles. Hence lower colon was required to checked up. Hence colonoscopy was done. They found to have petechial haemorragahic patches with multiple erosions .. patient diagnosed as ulcerative colitis Patient on conservative treated doing well
